Spare room in family home

We have one spare room in our loft space.

Our house is a 1930's semi detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac which has free on street parking. We're equi-distant between the Gloucester Road where there are plenty of cafes, second hand shops and small businesses and Waitrose and the library up on Henleaze Road.

The bedroom available is in a converted loft where there are two bedrooms and a modern shower room. One bedroom is currently taken by a 5th year medic student and the the shower room would be shared with them. The kitchen is for everyone and you'd have your own fridge and cupboard space. Bills are included as part of the rent, there is broadband and we do have T. V licence.

We are a Christian family with 2 children at home aged 16 and 20yrs plus we have 2 tabby cats. It tends to be quite calm and peaceful a lot of the time but we do often have people over to eat.

My husband is a Transport Planner based down in Temple Quay and I work three days a week as a primary school teacher. We try to cycle as much as possible and there's room to house a bike if you have one.

As a family we go camping for either weekend trips or the main family holiday.

The size of the room is approx 2.5m x 2.1m and includes a small walk in wardrobe.

The room is either available as a short or long term let.
