The house has a shared lounge, kitchen and utility room, plus a communal courtyard garden.

Two people already live here and we're looking for someone who'll be a good fit for the house. It's a relaxed environment where people enjoy a balance of socialising and having their own space. Ideal for someone who likes the idea of a home rather just a room.

One of the things that makes the house a little different is the wider courtyard. Several neighbours know each other and there are occasional shared meals, films, music, games, BBQs, sauna/cold plunge sessions and the odd singalong. There's usually something going on if you fancy it, but equally no pressure to join in.

Looking for someone who is:

• Respectful of others' routines
• Easy to communicate with
