They are looking for someone who wants a home and not a messy student share and who is prepared to do their share of the housework. This is a spacious, bright, open plan house, centrally located, very close to the city centre, 5 mins walk to Sneinton Market/Hockley. 10/15mins walk to train station/centre of town.

A lovely bright sunny furnished double room with stripped wooden floors, nice large wardrobe. Located on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house so nice & quiet except for bird song!

There is plenty of communal space, all mod cons including American Style fridge, washer dryer, fast internet, rear garden great for sitting out in the sun.
