The house is big enough for us to keep out of each other's space, but we do like to hang out, watch TV, drink coffee in the garden etc.

The room comes with a fitted wardrobe, king size bed, bedside cabinets and desk.

About the house:

It is a 5-7 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube/bus stop which allows 24 hour access to anywhere in London. The house is situated on a small, private road which means it's extremely safe and quiet at all times. Attached to the house is a bike store which can hold up to four bikes.

The house is a very large, modern new build property, which has a great garden at the back of the house perfect for BBQ's. The kitchen, lounge and bathrooms (3) are extremely spacious with modern day fittings to match.

Bills are not included in the rent but are very reasonable. (Stated bills price includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, and cleaner)

We have a cleaner who comes twice a month and we do a house essentials shop every 3 months.

Across the road the property has a FREE private residents gym which never has more than 4 people in it.

Some evenings we'll have dinner together in the kitchen or watch a film in the living room.
