SHORT TERM double room nr hospital

I am renting out a small furnished double room (2.3m x 3.7m).

Due to my house currently going through the sale process, I can only guarantee 3 months of availability.

(discount offered for Mon - Fri lets)

Room includes a double bed (with storage space underneath), clothes rail, shelves and a small desk.

The monthly price reflects the short term nature of the booking, and that I can provide bedding, towels etc.

Communal areas:
1) Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, electric oven/gas hob, air fryer and a large fridge/freezer.

2) Spacious bathroom with shower and bath.

3) Dining room which you'll mostly have to yourself

You would be sharing with the house with me - the owner.

Rent Includes utility bills, council tax, monthly professional cleaner and broadband.

This is a terraced house close to Northampton town centre, train station and General Hospital. A one way residential street (parking is by permit only, which can be purchased for a small fee).

Generally, this is a chilled out, quiet household and I welcome all nationalities.
