We are private landlords letting out rooms in our house as we now live in London for work. There will be a maximum of four tenants total living in the house.

Four bright and clean double rooms in a friendly and modern house in a quiet residential area.

Fully furnished rooms including high speed WiFi, wardrobe and double bed. House is a four-minute walk from Ash station (8 minutes to Guildford, 17 to Farnham, 30 to Reading, < 1 hour to Waterloo).

Large, modern kitchen with dining area, ample fridge and cupboard space. Shared lounge with sofa and TV. Private garden with seating for summer months and lockable storage for bikes.

Parking is on street.

The current tenants are professionals in the approximately 21-31 age bracket. One tenant owns a cat which is typically kept downstairs.
