Large double room

Hello,

I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a large double room in an excellent professional shared house on Brackenbury Road, close to the town center and not far from the train station, bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

Single occupancy only please.
One person per room.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.

There is off street parking available.
