Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my room from 7 November as I am moving away. I am looking for someone who will be a good fit for my two lovely housemates who really deserve someone great.
The flat:
First things first, the road (Wymering Road – give it a Google) is stunning. Truly. Especially at night when the streetlights are on. The flat is a modern three bedroom second floor flat, with a large kitchen/living room space that overlooks the large communal garden - a lockdown winner! It is well furnished with high quality finishes.
It is very well connected with Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue ten minutes’ walk (max) and Paddington just twenty minutes’ walk. There are loads of bus routes too. It's less than a minute’s walk from Paddington Recreation Ground, and ten minutes from Little Venice. The area is truly beautiful. There are numerous great pubs in the area as well as supermarkets.
It has fast internet which has been no issue with all three of us working from home during Covid.
The Room:
Fully furnished with plenty of storage space, a large double bed and a desk which is ideal for working from home. The show is stolen, however, by a stunning balcony which I will dearly miss enjoying my morning coffee on. Perfect for Covid life!
The flatmates:
One works as a private tutor and one in marketing at a leading UK university. Both are currently working from home. They are great people, who enjoy watching a film together over a glass of wine, a trip to the pub or simply some music over some food.
Rent is 750pm. Bills are ~80pm. Deposit is 942. The flat is available from 7 November and please do get in touch if you think you might be a good fit or would like to know more about the room!
The flat is not offered to couples, smokers, and pet owners unfortunately.
