We are looking to rent out a room in our lovely, refurbished, clean and modern home for an easy-going student or working professional,
Current flatmates include an cinema manager, an actor, two drama students. Two English nationals, one Portuguese, one South African. We treat the house as our home and we are looking for someone like-minded.

The house is located in a leafy and quiet residential area in North Finchley. Shops, restaurants, banks, cinema, gym and the High Street are just 5 minute walk away. Closest tube is East Finchley - Zone 3 on the Northern Line, 10 minutes by bus. The house has a living room with dining area, two toilets, bathroom, kitchen, own driveway and a big garden for BBQs and sunbathing.

Essential appliances include broadband, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The rent is very low for a property like this, £400 per month (including some bills). Viewings via zoom initially, follow up calls and a viewing come the release of our lockdown.
