The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe space, wall-mounted TV, mini fridge, Ninja mini cooker and excellent Wi-Fi. There is also an optional games console available.

The house is located approximately a 15-minute walk (depending on your pace!) from Ware town centre and train station, offering direct access into London. Free on-street parking is available.

We are a friendly professional couple, both local teachers, living with our two young children and two affectionate indoor cats. This is a warm family home and we’re looking for a tidy, respectful and easy-going lodger for a medium to long-term stay.

The room is ideal for a professional looking for a quiet, comfortable and private space with a more independent feel.

Laundry access can be arranged at agreed times around family routines. All bills are included in the monthly rent.
