One room to rent, suitable for professionals or postgrad students, living with myself (hospital resident doctor). The room is a bright, colourful ground floor double bedroom and is available from May onwards.

- first floor bedroom: double bed, reasonable sized desk, desk chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- shared spaces: kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, open plan dining/living room with TV, bathroom with over bath shower
- bathroom storage space
- house is well maintained and tastefully decorated, and has full burglar alarm system
- mainly veggie/vegan household but all welcome
- some bills (wifi, TV license) included in rent

nearby
- neighbourhood is a good balance of families and students
- house is 10 mins walk from asda & aldi, and 5 mins from various local businesses (wood-fired pizza, craft beer, swimming pool/gym), 20-30 mins walk/10 minute cycle to university, close to bus and train links around Liverpool

Looking for a housemate who is friendly, responsible & tidy. Not suitable for those who are out late on weeknights and weekends due to working early & long hours, and night shifts. Not suitable for those who majority work from home. Please also note there is a 4 nights per month limit for overnight guests.
