Superfast broadband with unlimited downloads, all bills included except council tax. Rent also includes a cleaner to come and do the communal areas twice a month, and a handyman on call. Popular student area with great bus links. Note the maximum contract length available for is until the end of February '22, when the nurses contracts roll over, but there will be an option to renew at that point.
