Everything's included: All bills, full Sky TV (inc. sports), streaming services, superfast broadband, and a cleaner who comes weekly for communal areas. The kitchen/utility has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There's a large south-facing garden and patio, garage, shed, and driveway parking.
The bathroom is shared with one person only.

Location is great - bus stop at the top of the street, and Nidd Gorge woodland walks at the bottom of the road. Quiet, peaceful, pretty location, 5min by car from town centre.

There will be 3 of us in total so it's a sociable, independent household where everyone gets on with no drama. The space is looked after, and there's a genuinely nice standard of living rather than the hectic house of multiple occupancy type set up. Everyone here is considerate, takes a bit of pride in how we live - looking for an easy going housemate who appreciates the same.
There’s a house cat, so must enjoy having a friendly cat around the house.
