Double room in my house. I'll be the live-in-Landlord. My house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, it has off-street parking on the driveway (I don't drive so its yours!), a garage for storage/bikes etc and a nice garden at the back, with flowers! (The room is bigger than it looks on the pics, its akward to take a photo that captures it fully- i recommend viewing and seeing for yourself :) )

The living room is shared, the whole point (besides the obvious need for money) is to meet someone new and spend time together! It's a great size with plenty of sofa space, a dining table and a nice view of the back garden which lets plenty of light in. There is a lovely big bath in the bathroom as well as shower. Absolutely Queer friendly!

The location is Whinmoor, a 20 min walk from Roundhay Park. There's a bus stop 2 mins walk away which goes to the City Centre (30-40 mins ride) (15 mins to Crossgates). Very close to A64 for driving to York/the seaside and the ringroad/orbital route for car travel around Leeds.

I'm Vegetarian so I'm looking for someone who is also vegetarian. If you're not, I'll consider you if you're lovely (and clean). I don't drink so I would like someone who is chilled and doesn't go out seshing/partying (a lot anyway). I also would like to live with someone who is eco-conscious/friendly! And someone who is tidy and clean is essential.
