We are seeking a new housemate in our wonderful, sociable and friendly home. The house is lovely, with a big kitchen, separate comfy living room and a home office. The available room has an ensuite and beautiful french doors opening onto a balcony, as well as two massive built in wardrobes. It comes furnished, including a table and chairs for the balcony. The house is very well maintained and comfortable!
We're ideally looking for someone to move in between now to 20th June
We are a busy group of professionals, with a mix of interests including music, live gigs, cooking, improv & salsa. We enjoy socialising in the house, watching Netflix series on our big flatscreen tv, drinking tea and heading out for dinner or to the pub on Cowley Road.
The house is located in cowley and with transport links are ideal with buses to the City Centre and train station just minutes away and very frequent.
The room is 768.60 and bills are not included in the rent, and come to approximately £100 - £150 each, including Council Tax, gas and electricity, Broadband and water.
