I have had the house and made it home for 37 years. My time is now divided between working in the London studio in the house and out of London.

A fabulous, spacious, room in the roof with 2 velux windows for a single person. A double bed and large desk area, ideal for working at home... in a respectful, friendly 4 bed Victorian house in a quiet street. 2 loos! 2 fridges...A large kitchen with all facilities. An excellent oven/hob. A lovely garden, perfect for eating out in the Summer. Once a week, a cleaner cleans general areas. Everyone is considerate, good-natured and professional. It is easy to enjoy your privacy or be sociable as it suits you. Most of the time it feels as if 2 people live here. Different schedules. Some work at home part-time.
We are on the Victoria and Northern lines of the Underground tube trains. 5 Minutes walk to Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham Common stations. Good bus routes. It's a lively area with all facilities restaurants bars theatres and gyms.

I am looking for a responsible, professional person who works at home. Someone, reliable and a good communicator who is happy to be as house proud as we are. We are all on the house whatsapp which provides excellent backup communications.
(Not suitable if you are over 5'9".)
