Double Room with Ensuite in Zone 1!

The room comes fully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space, lots of natural light and an ensuite private bathroom. The TV and the chest of drawers it sits on will leave the room, along with the chair (however if you want the desk I am happy to part with it). Everything else stays.
The house itself is tucked away on a lovely little crescent meaning it is away from the road and not noisy at night. We have a decent sized outdoor garden and are 5 minutes walking distance from Northern Line. 2 minutes away from Tesco Express and 7 minute walk from a big Tesco. Kitchen is a great size and fully stocked with utensils.

Kennington itself is a buzzy area with really good pubs and food spots, however it also feels super residential - you have left the madness of the city when you get home.

We are two Irish professionals (two 32 y/o males), one Portuguese professional (29 y/o female) and one English professional (30 y/o male) who work across law, accounting and marketing and value a tidy house and regularly get a cleaner in. Social bunch who enjoy living room and cooking chats and the occasional pint but generally just let each other get on with things - have our own social groups but definitely mix a lot with each other too. 2 of us have known each other since childhood and the other two joined us from SpareRoom and have been a resounding success!
