Large bright double room. We are located minutes from shops and town centre. Buses and Brookwood train station nearby. Room has small double bed, * (second bed will be removed to allow you more space for a sofa) bedside cabinet, lamp, rubbish bin, desk/ dressing table, coat stand with full length mirror and storage wardrobe. Friendly family home, Short stay is preferred 3-6 months only. We respect your privacy. We are husband and wife with grown up daughter & son and pet cat. Suitable for single female preferred. Ideal for a student or someone working in Woking or Guildford, Lightwater areas. We prefer someone who doesn't work from home. DBS check would be great, or references from work and previous landlord. Lodger must be clean , tidy and quiet as some of us work from home. We are a friendly family, and respect your privacy. Please provide yor own T. V. if required. You will share separate WC. Sole use of private shower room. Shared use of the kitchen, dining room,, utility room washing machine. Outside space with seating and clothes line. We also have a pretty enclosed garden. One month's deposit. All bills and WIFI included. We have a cat, so must like pets. NO other pets allowed.
