A chance to live in a beautiful historic property in the city centre. The flat is a few steps from Norwich market.

1 large double bedrooms on very quiet street. The rooms are on the top floor with a beautiful trees outside. The rooms have wonderful old distressed wooden floorboards.

There is some bedroom furniture and a beautiful Victorian bed (See photo) but you would need to provide your own mattress.

You may want to provide some of your own extra kitchen equipment, but there is a shared kettle and toaster etc.

Although no Wi-Fi we all have very good reception and hotspot and can stream with no problems.

Looking for flatmates who are quiet and considerate of others, including the neighbour below and will respect and care for this amazing property. You should be prepared to clean regularly, including communal areas. Wise Women are Welcome.

I will only be at the flat around 1 weekend a month, so there will usually only be 2 people in the flat.

Council Tax Band C
The Rent includes Council Tax but Utility Bills will be extra.

To secure the room you will need to pay the deposit and first month's rent in advance.
