The lodger’s room is a quiet, bright, and exceptionally spacious south-facing room with high ceilings and abundant natural light, enhanced by Victorian bay and sash windows.

At over 25m², the room is significantly larger than the average London double room (typically around 11–14m²) and includes weekly cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, though you would probably have them to yourself most of the time.

Bedding (duvet, linen, pillows), towels, and kitchen utensils are all provided — you can literally move in with just a suitcase.

4 minutes’ walk to Thameslink

From Thameslink, you can reach St Pancras / King’s Cross in under 10 minutes and Gatwick Airport in around an hour.
