About Me
I work professionally within banking/training and spend a lot of my spare time involved in music production and creative projects. The flat is generally very relaxed, independent and low-drama.
This is a lived-in professional home rather than a showroom or party flat, so it would best suit somebody respectful, self-sufficient and comfortable with personal space and independent lifestyles.
I’m neurodivergent (ADHD/autism), so clear communication, mutual respect and a calm atmosphere are important to me. The environment is open-minded, creative-friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly and 420-friendly.
Please note: this is a smoking-friendly household, so the flat may not be suitable for anyone particularly sensitive to or uncomfortable with indoor smoke.
Someone who is neurodivergent themselves, or simply understanding and respectful of neurodiversity and different ways people function, would likely be a great fit for the environment here.
The setup would best suit somebody who values independence, as the shared areas are primarily the kitchen and communal building facilities.
The living room is used as my creative workspace and work office and is therefore not part of the shared living space.
