We are 3 professional females looking for a fourth to join us. We don't allow smoking in the house but we have a nice courtyard garden where we do.
The room is only suitable for one person, not a couple, this is due to the HMO licence. so is not negotiable.
This is our home, and we are looking for someone who is planning to make it theirs too.
It's a quiet and chilled house, and we are looking for someone with a normal daytime lifestyle, no night owls or WFM .. sorry.
