Lovely room in St George for 3 months (bills inc)

Good sized double room to rent in a two bed house in St George. The room overlooks the garden, is super quiet and gets good light. The room is available for 3 months (until end of July).

The house is in a brilliant location between St George’s park and the track down to the river and Conham river park. 5 mins walk from redfield and with a handy co op at the end of the street. Public transport is really convenient into town, with buses every 5 mins or so.

I am looking for a friendly and relaxed lodger, I own the house and have done a lot of renovating, the garden still needs a little work! Neighbours and general street vibe is lovely too. I work at the hospital some days 9-5, with a couple of days working from home.

Usual amenities, washer dryer fully equipped kitchen and cozy lounge, and nice garden. I don’t have a bath if that’s important to you!
