Im looking out for a lodger who may be in the market even - for a short term or temp room let as the lease will be up for renewal in October.
The house is very homely and spacious and the room is made up with a comfy sofabed, desk and chest of drawers - plus under bed storage and other misc furnishings. The location is ideal - really close to bars / cafes etc but very quiet too.
I’m a working professional based at home and in the office hybrid. Looking for friendly, sociable people to share with who may need somewhere for short term requirements (6 months max) for work or study.
Cleanliness and respect for the room / house is a must. Female preferred but would consider males also, all I ask is that you’re clean, respectful and look after the place.
Happy to discuss rates based on number of days needed to stay in the room per week.
