About the Flat

It is located on Finchley Road (NW3), between Hampstead and West Hampstead.

The flat is very spacious and bright, with windows on both sides of the building, providing excellent natural light and ventilation.

🛏️ You would have the largest room in the flat, measuring 4.00m x 4.00m.
The room includes a double bed with mattress, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a desk chair.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a hallway, and a bathroom. We also have a small balcony where you can enjoy some lovely time outdoors.

The flat is carpeted throughout, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which makes it cosy and warm during the winter. Therefore, no street shoes are allowed inside the flat 😅

The rent is £1,050 per month, plus bills of approximately £250, which include council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, and Netflix.

The starting date would be the 1st of June.

The area has everything you could possibly need in London: supermarkets, pubs, gyms, leisure facilities, parks, and more.

🌳 Just a 15-minute walk to Primrose Hill, and the same distance to Hampstead Heath.

🚇 The nearest Underground station is Finchley Road Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), just a 2-minute walk away. Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee line) is a 7-minute walk, and West Hampstead Station (Jubilee line) is about a 10-minute walk.

🚌 There are also two bus stops nearby, served by routes 13 and 113, which will take you to Marble Arch and Victoria in less than 40 minutes.

🚞 The Overground station is just a 3-minute walk away, with the Mildmay line running towards Stratford in one direction and Clapham Junction and Richmond in the other.

✈️ The location is very convenient if you need to travel to the airport.

There are two National Express coach stops just a 2-minute walk away, with services to Stansted and Luton Airports. West Hampstead Thameslink Station is a 10-minute walk away and offers direct trains to Gatwick and Luton Airports.
