It is located on Finchley Road (NW3), between Hampstead and West Hampstead.
The flat is very spacious and bright, with windows on both sides of the building, providing excellent natural light and ventilation.
🛏️ You would have the largest room in the flat, measuring 4.00m x 4.00m.
The room includes a double bed with mattress, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a desk chair.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a hallway, and a bathroom. We also have a small balcony where you can enjoy some lovely time outdoors.
The flat is carpeted throughout, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which makes it cosy and warm during the winter. Therefore, no street shoes are allowed inside the flat 😅
The rent is £1,050 per month, plus bills of approximately £250, which include council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet, and Netflix.
The starting date would be the 1st of June.
