1 bedroom available in a shared 2 bedroom flat in the Fitzalan place, no longer attending uni so need replacement as soon as possible. Shared bathroom. 3/4 bed, brilliant view, many amenities and benefits provided by the Fitzalan such as all bills included, cinema room, gym etc. Must be enrolled student. Shared kitchen and bathroom which includes oven/microwave, fridge/freezer. Other flat mate is easy to get along with and not usually here due to training and sports events.

Can pay in instalments but a UK based guarantor will be required. The Fitzalan will require a payment before the student moves in whether in full or the first instalment.
