House share in a quiet and desirable area of Beeston, 5 minutes walk to Beeston train station and 10 minutes walk to Attenborough Nature reserve. The room available is a double on the ground floor, with a wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair included. There is also storage room underneath the bed.

There is a shared living space with lounge with 2 sofas and large coffee table, and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Crockery, kitchen utensils, cutlery, mugs and pots and pans are free to be used, and there is a pantry for storage of food items. There is on street parking available and a large back garden with under cover secure bike storage. There is one shared bathroom with shower and free-standing bath. Some loft space is available if any larger items are needed to be stored longer term.
