(Free) parking is available 40 yards away, or for one of my private parking places there is an additional monthly fee if interested in private parking too.

The deposit required is the equivalent of one month lodging fee, lodging is required for a minimum of 3 months and I require 1 month notice period before leaving. I do not consider any short stays in amount of less than 3 months.
The property is 5 minutes drive to M5's junction 21 and offers immediate access to A371 through Parklands main access. About 5 minutes drive to major shops Aldi, M&S, Morrison's and Lidl. About 8 minutes drive to Weston's Super Mare seafront, of course depends on traffic.
Bus service 7 connects Parklands with Weston's center and Worle bus terminal with a 30 to 60 minutes cadence.
Closest train station is Weston Milton about 10 minutes cycling, there'svacycle lane all the way to Parklands.
