Single room in St Werburghs

- We are now looking for a someone to move in to our spare room on a short term basis.

There are 3 rooms - and the one I am renting out is a single room for one person (no couples or overnight guests I'm afraid). The window overlooks the small garden, with a cherry tree outside. It’s a quiet room with no noise at night..

I own the house in St Werburghs & I live here with my 8 year old.

We're looking for someone who needs a room short term (though flexible on lengths to suit).. Perhaps its someone who needs a place whilst looking for a permanent room/house, a student on a placement or contract, or someone working away from their home during the week etc, mon-fri etc

* Its important to meet the person before moving in *

(We are not looking for someone who works from home I'm afraid..)

It would be £500 pcm inclusive & a £250 deposit..
