More than a room - Double ensuite with own lounge

We have a beautiful ground floor double room with ensuite available in our home in Beeston.

As a ground floor lodger, you'd have the downstairs largely to yourself - including a private lounge for your exclusive use, plus access to the shared kitchen, garden, and garage.

The location is excellent: a few mins walk to Beeston train station and the town centre, yet with free on-street parking.

About us: We're a professional, sociable male couple who love travelling, growing at our allotment and cooking what we grow (hopefully). We're proud to be part of the Beeston community and enjoy the local pub scene - though we're well past our partying days! We also have a friendly little dog.

We're looking for a like-minded professional who'll feel at home here and treat the house with the same care and respect we do. Open-minded, houseproud and friendly are what we are looking for, and what you can expect.
