The house is in a great location near Hastings New Town, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The room is lovely, and I am happy to share my house but be advised that the room is three floors up from the kitchen and there are a fair few stairs. There are facilities up there - microwave, fridge, sink, storage and I am thinking of putting a small combi cooker up there. The rooms are a good size - the nack eoom has a great view and the street is nice on the other side. Share house bathroom (one floor down) with one other lodger and occasionally me or my visitors. It's a great street which is not a through road. Happy for you to use the garden, and cook, and I am quite sociable should you want a chat and/or a glass of wine in the evenings. One lodger works from home but I would prefer someone who goes out to work during the day. Car parking on street usually ok. Please message me or call, and come to look.

An ideal lodger would be someone youngish who would help me with maintenance of the house and garden, and could do any or all of the following: painting and decorating, gardening, cleaning, moving furniture about, maintenance of building outside. Hours worked would reduce rent accordingly.
