Huge double room, next to St George park

One amazing bedroom available in a lovely recently converted flat 2 minutes’ walk from St George park.

My wonderful flatmate is moving out to start a new life chapter, and I’m looking for someone who’d like to move in at the start of June.

It’s a gorgeous big room with an en-suite, enormous built in wardrobes and comes furnished (if you have your own bed that could be negotiated). It’s street facing with big windows and lots of light.

The shared space is a large open plan kitchen and living room with a big old wooden beam and a view across Bristol, which is great at sunset. Everything is pretty new and is good quality, it’s really light and comfy, and you can’t hear any noise from the adjacent flats.

Outside there’s a balcony around the courtyard to sit on and chat with the neighbours, who are all gems. Nearby we’ve got the Orchard Bakery and Loaf, so brunch is covered, and lots of decent pubs and shops nearby. It’s a lush spot generally on a very friendly street, and also easy to get down to the river and Conham River Park if you want to feel some nature.

There’s a parking space included with the flat not currently being used, which is secure, and there are also secure bike spaces. The bus stop is at the end of the road and they’re very frequent.

I prefer to work from home about 2 days a week and am pretty sociable, I use home mainly for restful activities but looking for a good vibe and a cheerful house companion : )

Our joint tenancy is through an agency and the current monthly costs each are around:

£812 rent
£96 council tax (band C)
£16 broadband
£23 water
£70 energy

You’ll need to go through referencing with the agency and they charge a one off £50 fee to be added to the tenancy.
