Spacious double room in Horfield

Hello!
We have one lovely double room in Horfield becoming available from June 29th (we can be flexible with the exact start dates).
The house has a nice large kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and we even have a Tesco Express at the top of the road! It’s particularly well situated for anyone working at Southmead Hospital. The street is free to park on (no permit necessary).
Who you’ll be living with:
- Hannah who is a teacher.
- Georgina who is retraining as a vet and working around this.
Both of us are easy going and appreciate having a friendly, chilled atmosphere in the house. Keeping the place clean is also important to us!
We’re looking for someone warm and easy-going to share the space with us. We ideally wouldn’t want someone with a fully remote job; up to 3 days at home would be no problem at all.
Our landlord has also requested references and regrettably the house is not suitable for pets.
