The house is a beautiful 2 storey house, located on a quiet street a few minutes walk away from Raynes Park station, with buses to Wimbledon, Morden, Mitcham and Kingston.
Parking is available on street once a residential parking permit is applied for.
You will be sharing the house with 3 women.
The room is on the ground floor (on a quiet little street), has a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe and also a cute tiled fireplace.
The house has a wonderful garden that is absolutely gorgeous in the summer, where you can relax over a coffee or glass of wine.
The bills are aprox. £160, subject to change giving current situation.
We are searching for a tidy and clean housemate, ideally a professional woman, that will complement and add to the dynamic of the house. This is definitely not a party house, we very much respect each other’s privacy and communal spaces. We like to keep a relaxed cosy atmosphere in the house. We enjoy chatting over meals and having catch ups about our day.
