You will have full use of all the amenities including washer & dryer. Communal kitchen, bathroom, living & dining room and garden which will be extra lovely in summer for bbqs and drinks in sunshine. As of May 2025 there is now also a downstairs toilet.
There is also a 3rd bedroom currently being used as an office which can be used if you work from home at extra cost.
