I have a large double room to rent in my beautiful house in the West Didsbury / Withington area - just a few minutes walk from Burton Road where there’s lots of independent coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It’s a real vibrant and bustling area with lots of students and young professionals. It’s also very safe with lots of families around and green spaces, very easy to get into the city too. I have a front and back garden - there’s space for two cars on the driveway and an empty garden shed & attic so plenty of storage.

The room is available now, rent is due on the 1st of June and it’s 1 month’s deposit. Open to students and non students. I’m a full time Physio masters student Monday - Friday so I’m council tax exempt. All other bills will be split between us.
