A double room is becoming available at the end of the month for single occupancy. Flat above a pub with a lovely kitchen and roof terrace. The room is on the second floor and no noisier than any other place in London as the pub is on the ground floor. Walking distance to Kennington, Oval and Vauxhall Stations. All bills and regular cleaner for communal areas included.

There are six bedrooms in total and we only rent the rooms out for individuals, so no couples because we don't want it to feel overwhelming. There are two full bathrooms with showers and toilets plus a washing machine.

My husband and I own the leasehold for the property, but we don't live on site, so you'll be sharing with other tenants.
