The property is a two bed new-build on the edge of Brough. It is being offered for short-term let and there would be a reduction in rent for Monday to Friday only. It has off-road parking, Broadband, washing machine (sheets and towels are provided and laundered.) There is a pleasant, south-facing garden with table and chairs for sitting out. The spare room has fitted wardrobes (recently installed) with shelves and hanging rails; a chest of drawers and a console desk.
I have an adorable, well-behaved Cockapoo, who will welcome you home.
I am a very well travelled, cultured individual; a retired Probation Officer.
The house is clean and tidy with quality furnishings; it is a calm place to live.
There are good road, rail and bus connections from Welton/Brough.
Welton is a traditional village with church, duck pond, character period houses and a pub (where Dick Turpin was captured!) There are pleasant woodland walks to the North of the village and the Humber estuary to the South (I can provide maps if you want to explore the area on foot).
The room would suit someone working in the area (the rent will be reduced for Monday to Friday stays); an individual visiting East Yorkshire; or someone looking to purchase property in the area.
