The flat is well maintained and full of comfort, with a living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bedroom, and access to a private garden.

📍 Location and transport
Parkhead is quiet and well connected. Direct bus routes to the city centre and beyond (3, 25, 33, 34, x27, x28), Edinburgh Napier is a 10 minute walk, and Heriot Watt is around 16 minutes via routes 25, 34, and 35. Two minutes from your door, a Co-op mini market for whenever a Ben and Jerry's craving strikes at the most inconvenient hour, plus a pharmacy and takeaway nearby.

For the gym crowd, Engage is a 10 minute walk, JD Gym is 19 minutes on foot, and PureGym West is two bus stops away.

Employed, reliable, tidy, with a minimum 6 month stay. Mature students welcome if contributing to council tax. This room is for one person only, no couples or additional long term occupants.
