The flat is in Norbury (Zone 3). 10 min walk from station. Regular trains to London Bridge and Victoria. Balham is 2 stops away on the Victoria branch to join the Northern Line. You can also be at Gatwick going the other way in like 40 mins. Bus outside the front door takes you to Streatham in 10 mins to join Thameslink to Blackfriars/North London and beyond.
Free on street parking and own private garden. There is a driveway parking space too but my housemate currently uses it.
You’ll be living with one other and his very friendly cockapoo Gus. I also live there, but am currently on an International Tour and will only be back for intermittent weeks until July.
Ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months but will consider some shorter lets too if it’s the right fit.
The rent is £850 all in and won’t change as I cover any fluctuations in bills.
No couples, students or other pets (sorry).
