- 2 bed new modern flat on a quiet side road / away from the main road

- Fully furnished/ I have loads of kitchen stuff (would be ideal for someone moving to London!)
- Has a courtyard which is lovely in the summer (currently attempting some gardening to spruce it up a bit!)
- £750 pcm + bills (currently ~£160 pp (varies) due to council tax🫠🫠 - this includes wifi / water / electric / council tax)
- 1 months rent deposit - £750
- Right to Rent check/ reference checks needed - passport / proof of income

Me:
I’m a teacher (24) so will be out the flat all week if you wfh! Love cooking (happy to share some meals!) + pub trip and usually found in the charity shops around the area on the weekend!
