Hi!
Our current housemate (Evan) is leaving us out soon, so we're looking for a guy to keep the balance and make our home complete! He's just given notice so the room will be available from 1st of July.
I live in Monpellier / St Werburghs with Lowri, Tanya and our cat, Sushi. We're an easygoing household who enjoy trips to the pub, a house meal or two a week, and the occasional party.
The available room is bright and quiet, looking onto back garden with a great view. Comes with a generous built-in wardrobe.
The house is fairly big but cosy, with a garden, and 2 bathrooms. It's £525 + bills (which is around £100 each a month).
