Looking for a friendly, reliable, dog-loving professional woman to rent a unique living setup in one of Bristol’s most sought-after and well-connected areas.

Available Monday to Friday (minimum 3 months).

🛏️ Your Private Space

Bedroom 1 – A comfortable double room with desk space for working.

Bedroom 2 (Lounge) – A private lounge area with a sofa. Your own little sanctuary to relax after work.

🚿 Bathroom

You'll have use of the main bathroom – the owner doesn’t use it. If the owner has the odd visitor, they may need to access it occasionally.

🍽️ Kitchen & Facilities

You’ll have full access to the kitchen for cooking. Please note:

🚫 No pets (though we’d love if you’re a dog fan!)
🚭 No smokers
🚙 No parking, but Clifton Down train station, Whiteladies Road, and excellent bus links are all nearby – great for commuting or exploring Bristol.

You’ll be minutes from cafés, shops, and green spaces, and a stone’s throw from Clifton Down and Whiteladies Road. A vibrant and safe area, perfect for professionals who want both convenience and charm.

🤝 Important Details

This is not an Airbnb or casual short stay – we’re looking for a professional with routine.

Must be working outside of the home (no WFH, but hybrid considered).

Any number of nights, Monday to Friday.

We’ll need to meet beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit.
