Hey! 😊 I have a beautiful, spacious double room available in a bright and well-kept 3-bedroom home. I’m looking for a professional, respectful, and easygoing lodger—ideally someone working locally during the week (perfect for NHS staff, consultants, or commuters looking for a comfortable base). The postcode is NE6 5UP, it's in a cul de sac and it's close to Iris Brickfield park, check it out! 😃
It’ll just be the two of us living here, so the house has a calm, clean, and relaxed feel—more of a peaceful retreat than a busy house share.
The room is available all days or we could arrange a Monday-Friday stay. The rent will be adjusted if it's not a full time stay:
💷 £500 per month for Monday–Friday stays
💷 £700 per month for full-time (7 days a week)
The room itself is generously sized and fully furnished, with a comfortable ottoman bed (plenty of built-in storage) and a large wardrobe, so you won’t feel short on space. Additional attic storage is also available if needed.
You’ll have access to the whole house, including a tidy, well-maintained bathroom and a sunny garden—perfect for a quiet coffee or unwinding after work. There’s also a bean-to-cup coffee machine available anytime if you enjoy good coffee ☕
The location is very convenient for commuting: just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and around 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. There’s fast Wi-Fi, street parking, and a dedicated space in the dining area if you need to work from home occasionally.
I’m often out, and when I’m home I like to keep things quiet, clean, and easygoing—so this would suit someone who values a peaceful, well-looked-after home environment.
