I'm looking for someone to move into my recently renovated house. The room is a large double. The bathroom is shared.
It's located in a quiet residential area, on the 78 bus route and is a 7 minute walk to allerton road, there is plenty of on street parking.
I'm looking for ideally a female who is easygoing, tidy and respectful also someone who likes cats as I live with my baby Ragdoll Pax! Sometimes I travel for work so ideally would like someone confident in looking after him for a few days and giving him cuddles when I'm away. He can be quite vocal at times and cries as he always wants attention!
Not a party house but I'm happy for someone to be social and have friends round. It’s also not a house for a couple to live in I. e for someone with a boyfriend. I also like pilates, working out, walks, coffees and reading so it would be great to find someone with similar interests. I also used to live in Ireland for 6 years :) I work from home the majority of the week.
