- Been living in the flat since 2022, looking for a new flatmate as previous one is leaving.
The flat would suit another working professional who’s independent and responsible. Minimum stay is a year.
- Room: Private single bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. double bed+mattress .
- Bills: EDF Gas and Electricity, fixed monthly water, Newham council tax band B.
- January bills: total £112 (gas 64, electricity 29, charge 19). Water fixed at £46, WiFi c. £30
- Transport & Location: 13 mins by foot to Stratford Station. 3 mins to Abbey Road DLR. 30 mins commute to the city.
- Lease & Availability: Current contract is a joint tenancy agreement, not a sublet. I have found the agents and the landlord to be reasonable and helpful.
