We have a cosy single room available for rent in our family home, ideal for a working professional or student. We are preferably looking for a female tenant. The property is conveniently located near JR Hospital.

The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house and easy access to Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and a small shopping centre. Oxford University and the BMW plant are also nearby, making it a great choice for those working or studying in the area.

House rules:

* No smoking
* No guests or visitors
* Respectful use of shared spaces (please leave the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use)
