I am renting one of the bedrooms in my bright and airy two bed flat close to the River Thames in Limehouse/Shadwell/Wapping. You will have sole use of the flat as I usually work away, it's in a nice area close to river walks, parks, Canary Wharf and the City. The block is old but full of character like the area, and is friendly and safe with a secure entrance, a lift and good neighbours.

This room is perfect for people travelling to the UK short term to look for work in this area or to study, so short or long term lets will be considered. There is no unscrupulous agent involved - it's a good price for the space, no extra costs and a nice flat.

We are a few minutes walk from the cool riverside warehouses, famous pubs, a new park and restaurants in this area of east London. There are outdoor sports activities at Shadwell Basin.

There is a very good bus and train service a few minutes walk from here with three local stations very close - Shadwell, Wapping and Limehouse nearby - so there are overground and underground trains linking you easily to other areas of London. There are great cycle routes, but no parking.

The space available is one bedroom (with a double bed) a small sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It’s fully furnished with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all you need to move in, so you don't need to bring much with you. Everything is provided and it includes all bills - but you will need your own wifi.
