Hi! My current flatmate is moving in with her partner, so I'm looking for someone to share this lovely two-bedroom ground floor flat in Finchley Central with me from 27 July (date can be flexible).

The Flat:
- Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- Good-sized kitchen and living room
- Small garden
- Free on-street parking available
- Room is unfurnished.

Rent: £1,025 per month (bills not included)
Bills are currently:
* Gas & Electric: £46.50
* Wifi: £13.50
* Council Tax: £94
* Water: £19
(Total: approx. £173 per month)

The area:
- Quiet, green, residential area in North London
- 10-12 min walk to Finchley Central station (Northern Line) less than 20 mins to central London.
- Short walk to the high road with loads of great cafes, restaurants, and a Tesco superstore, local Sainsbury’s and Little Waitrose.

About Me:
I’m British/American and work in digital marketing for a children’s charity. I’ve been in the flat for a year and love it here.

You’ll need to be ok with cats as I have a very friendly indoor cat called Ollie. You may spot him in the photo 😉

I tend to spend most weekends with friends and family. I work from home 3 days a week, but there’s plenty of space if you do too. I’m pretty sociable and open-minded and my interests include travelling, gym/ fitness classes, podcasts, books/audiobooks, and films.

Who I’m Looking For:
Someone who is considerate, clean and values a peaceful, positive home environment. Ideally, you’ll have a similar lifestyle and schedule, and are happy to occasionally chat over dinner/ the latest Netflix series, but also enjoy your own space.
