I'm James and I have a double bedroom available in a recently refurbished 3 bedroom semi detached house close to the beach. Whilst there are 3 bedrooms, I am using the smaller spare bedroom as an office.

All utility bills included along with Netflix and Prime Video.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a lockable door suitable for single occupancy. Can come with or without a mattress depending on your preference at no extra cost.

Kitchen has built in washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, fan oven, induction hob, microwave and dual basket airfryer.

Bathroom has a nice big sized shower.

Transport wise:
Dumpton Park train station for Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate 8 minute walk. Ramsgate mainline station for high speed is a 20 minute walk.

Bus stops located either end of the road serving all local areas.

Ramsgate beach a 10 minute walk. Broadstairs beach a 30 minute walk.
Open air tennis courts 6 minute walk
King George park 5 minutes walk
Granville theatre 10 minute walk

A bit about me:
A live in landlord, I grew up in the area however moved away abroad many years ago then into London where I now work in media and publishing, spending a few days a week working in the city and a couple of days at home. Into running, gym, a bit of a foodie and socialising. I'm often out of away on the weekends with my partner (she has a seperate house).
